Paint Sprayer/ Coater

We are seeking on behalf of our Client a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coater/Sprayer to join our dynamic team in the Deeside area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paint spraying processes and the ability to work with a range of materials and tools. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and finish.
Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary.
* Operate powder coating equipment, ensuring proper application techniques are followed.
* Monitor the curing process to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality.
* Conduct regular maintenance on powder coating machinery and equipment.
* Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies in colour and texture.
* Collaborate with team members to assemble and fabricate components as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
* Basic maths skills for measuring and mixing powder coatings accurately.
* Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the coating process.
* Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
* Previous experience in painting or powder coating is preferred but not essential.
* **Driving licence would be advantageous**

* Monday to Friday,
* 7.30 am to 4pm.
Rate of Pay depending on Experience £14.00 - £15.20p/h
