SAP Treasury Business Analyst/Solution Lead

Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

We are currently supporting a global organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced SAP Treasury Business Analyst/Solution Lead to join its Digital Finance team.

This is a business-facing role that sits at the intersection of Treasury and Technology, partnering with global stakeholders to optimise treasury processes, support SAP Treasury solutions, and deliver strategic transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine strong Corporate Treasury knowledge with SAP expertise, acting as the key link between business users and IT while driving process improvements and end-to-end solution delivery.

• Partner with the Treasury function to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and solution designs
• Support Treasury systems and drive continuous process optimisation
• Lead business analysis activities across global transformation initiatives
• Coordinate solution delivery from requirements through to testing and deployment
• Manage UAT activities and support successful business adoption
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party partners
• Support end-to-end project delivery across Treasury and Digital Finance initiatives

• Strong Corporate Treasury or Digital Finance background
• Hands-on experience with SAP Treasury solutions, including exposure to:
  • FSCM
  • BCM
  • MBC
  • BAM
  • IHC
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering experience
• Experience with process mapping, solution design, and process optimisation
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and project delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within global or Matrix organisations
