Role Description:

Role Summary:
DBA required to support Oracle and SQL Server databases within the Dragonfly secure environment, ensuring performance, availability, and stability of BAU services.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, maintain, and tune Oracle & SQL Server databases
Manage incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Perform backups, restores, patching, and upgrades
Support HA/DR (eg AlwaysOn, Data Guard/RAC)
Ensure security and compliance in a secure environment

Key Skills:

Strong Oracle and/or SQL Server DBA experience
Performance tuning and troubleshooting expertise
Backup/restore and HA/DR knowledge
ITIL/managed service experience preferred
