Assembly Technician
Pay: 24k - 28k per annum
Hours: 8:00 - 16:30 Monday-Thursday, 8:00 - 15:30 Friday
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable person to join a busy production team and develop specialist assembly skills within a well-established company in Witney operating within the precision engineering and manufacturing sector.
Whether you are starting your career in a manufacturing environment or already have assembly, fitting, or production experience and are looking to progress, we would like to hear from you.
Duties Include:
. Assemble components and products as part of the production and assembly team.
. Carry out basic inspections, including leak checks, and assist with fault identification and rectification.
. Support painting, spraying, finishing, and packaging activities as required.
. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
. Communicate any production issues, faults, or queries promptly to minimise delays.
. Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplace.
. Demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to work.
. Assist with additional production and workshop duties as required

. Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
. Positive attitude, reliable and willingness to learn
