We're recruiting for an Account Manager to join a growing organisation based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The successful Account Manager will become the key contact for a portfolio of school clients, ensuring relationships are nurtured, expectations are exceeded, and operational requirements are managed effectively.
What will you be doing as an Account Manager?
Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of school clients
Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and support
Gathering and reviewing client feedback to identify areas for improvement
Managing facility availability, closures, and scheduling requirements
Monitoring operational performance and supporting reporting activities
Supporting client retention and long-term engagement
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience within an Account Manager, Client Relationship or Customer Success Manager role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong administration and organisational abilities
Experience managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines
Confidence working with operational data and performance measures
Experience working within education, public sector, facilities, or service-led environments would be advantageous
