Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Manufacturing Administrator to join our client in Huddersfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the accurate processing of orders, quotations, and production documentation while maintaining effective communication across departments.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate following a successful interview.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders, quotations, and administrative documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update internal systems, records, and databases
Respond to enquiries relating to orders, quotations, and production information
Support effective communication and information flow between departments
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within required deadlines
Assist with general office and manufacturing administration duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Excellent attention to detail
Strong numeracy and data entry skills
High levels of accuracy and organisation
Good written and verbal communication skills
Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or administrative environment would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
