We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our Assessment team in the Southeast region. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting children, young people and families through assessment, intervention, and advocacy, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need to lead fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs, risks, and strengths.
Participate in a monthly duty rota
Develop and implement effective safeguarding plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Work collaboratively with families, multi-disciplinary teams, and partner organisations to provide holistic support.
Maintain comprehensive case records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Advocate for the rights and needs of children and families, promoting inclusion and cultural sensitivity.
Participate in supervision, training, and development activities to continually enhance professional skills.
