With over 45 years of trading behind them, they’ve built a strong reputation for everyday essentials, home and garden ranges, seasonal deals, and constantly changing stock that keeps customers coming back.

If you are a supervisor or Assistant Manager with a real passion for retail, this could be the perfect next step. We are looking for someone who loves working with people, delivers high standards, and knows how to get the best out of a team. Your enthusiasm and customer‑first mindset will help create a positive, engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager
* Drive sales and performance across all KPI’s
* Take full ownership of the shopfloor, including planning and delivering promotions
* Lead from the front with a hands‑on, positive approach
* Maintain excellent merchandising standards and strong stock control
