Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Framing Operative to join a production team working with high-quality materials and basic hand tools. This is a standing role that requires concentration, accuracy, and the ability to maintain a steady pace throughout the working day.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
Overtime:
Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at 1.5x the standard rate, including weekend hours. During peak periods, weekend working may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building frames in line with set production requirements
* Safely operating wood-cutting machinery as part of the process
* Carefully inserting and aligning photographs within frames
* Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and compliant with site standards
* Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily output targets
What we’re looking for:
* Strong attention to detail and consistency in work quality
* Ability to spot and correct quality issues where needed
* Good manual dexterity for handling delicate materials
* Basic IT skills to use internal systems
* A proactive attitude with the ability to stay focused under pressure

Clear written and spoken English is required to ensure full understanding of health and safety procedures and site instructions
