Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire (Hybrid options available)
Salary: £30000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We’re currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team in Doncaster.
The Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a range of exciting roles across various sectors. You'll work closely with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and ensure we find the right candidates quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals).
* Screening CVs and applications to shortlist candidates for open positions.
* Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Updating and maintaining the candidate database.
* Assisting recruitment consultants with interview scheduling and candidate management.
* Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
* Contributing to team targets and supporting the business development efforts.
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* Minimum 1 year Previous recruitment recourcer experience
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
