Role: Infrastructure Manager

Role Overview

The Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple infrastructure initiatives while ensuring the stability, performance, and evolution of network and compute environments. The role involves end-to-end project management, coordination across stakeholders, and hands-on oversight of infrastructure operations, including network facilitation.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing multiple infrastructure projects in complex environments
• Strong technical background in networking (LAN/WAN, wireless) and compute infrastructure
• Experience in infrastructure operations, service delivery, and transition management
• Solid understanding of project management principles and delivery frameworks
• Experience working with multi-vendor ecosystems and distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Financial awareness, including budgeting and cost tracking
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Lead and manage multiple infrastructure projects concurrently, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure (switching, routing, wireless, connectivity)
• Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure delivery and operations
• Timely delivery of multiple projects within agreed scope and budget
