The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee lift installation and modernisation projects across London and the South East.
You will take full responsibility for delivering projects from award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple lift projects across London and the South East
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and delivery
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Monitor project costs and manage budgets effectively
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact
Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Ensure high-quality delivery across all projects
About You
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and commercially aware professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the lift, construction, or engineering industry
Strong knowledge of lift installations, modernisation, or service projects (preferred)
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Full UK driving licence
