Location: Hybrid Working
Contract: 6-Month Temporary Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer on behalf of a well-established Housing Association. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy housing management team and make a positive impact within local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a patch of residential tenancies.
* Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections.
* Managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy-related cases.
* Supporting residents with tenancy sustainment and housing-related issues.
* Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective housing services.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer, or Tenancy Officer role.
* Strong knowledge of housing management and tenancy legislation.
* Excellent communication and case management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
