Senior Health, Safety and Fire Consultant
South London
Home based with site and client visits
Up to £65,000 plus £5,000 car allowance
A genuinely good senior consultancy role for someone who wants proper variety, flexibility and more interesting work than churning out the same reports until their soul quietly resigns.
You’ll be joining a highly regarded property risk and compliance consultancy that is growing, well invested and known for doing technical work properly. The role is home based, with travel across South London for site visits, client meetings, inspections and project work.
The work covers health, safety, fire and wider building risk across residential, high rise residential, commercial and higher risk buildings. You’ll advise clients, lead projects, carry out audits and inspections, review complex risk issues and produce clear, useful reports that actually help people make decisions.
The main thing they need is the right technical base.
You’ll need:
Level 6 health and safety qualification, such as NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ or equivalent
Recognised fire safety qualification, such as NEBOSH Fire Certificate, advanced FPA Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor, or higher
CertIOSH, ideally working towards Chartered status
Membership of IOSH, IFSM, IFE or IIRSM
NAFRAR Tier 3 would be a strong advantage
Experience across health, safety and fire in property, residential, commercial or higher risk environments
Full UK driving licenceThe package is up to £70,000 including car allowance, with genuine flexibility, strong technical support and a brilliant mix of work across a growing client base.
