Are you a self-starting Operations, Business Improvement, Project of Technical Manager from a manufacturing, production or engineering background who is looking to join an industry pioneering, family run specialist manufacturing company who can offer a completely varied role where no one day is the, autonomy over unique manufacturing and business related projects, and the opportunity to progress further into senior leadership down the line?

This role would suit anyone from a Operations, Business Improvement, Project, Technical or Engineering background that wants to work with teams across a business to further develop manufacturing process, commercial systems and oversee a range of excited engineering and technical projects
The Role:
*Overseeing technical projects, continuous manufacturing and commercial improvements
*Cradle to Grave manufacturing processes for industrial machinery
*Working closely with the development & production team, sales team and approved suppliers.
The Person:
*Manufacturing/ Production background (Mechanical/ Electro-Mechanical machinery preferred)
*Previous experience in a multi-faceted operations and continuous improvement role
*Motivated and wants to oversee exciting commercial and manufacturing projects.
* Commutable from Cirencester, Swindon, Chippenham, Malmesbury, Stroud and surrounding areas
