The Role:
You’ll be part of our established Payroll team, delivering a full and comprehensive payroll service to a variety of clients. Key responsibilities include:
* Payroll processing in accordance with weekly, monthly, and annual schedules using Brightpay software, including setting up new schemes
* Ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met, keeping high standards of client relationships
* Communicating with clients to collate payroll information and resolving queries efficiently
* Managing communications with HMRC and keeping up to date with payroll legislation
* Supporting colleagues across the wider business with payroll-related matters
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Strong knowledge of current HMRC payroll legislation and RTI processes
* Experience using Brightpay payroll software
* Ideally experience working within a Payroll Bureau environment
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Desirable:
* Familiarity with Auto Enrolment regulations
* Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) processes
