Sales Manager - Technical Services (Environmental & Scientific Testing)
Basic salary up to £70,000 + bonus Location: England (field‑based with travel)

The Sales Manager role involves
Owning a customer portfolio - managing, nurturing, and expanding long‑term relationships
Winning new business through a structured, consultative sales approach
Operating confidently in a technical environment, understanding customer needs and translating them into tailored solutions
Engaging customers face‑to‑face and becoming a trusted commercial partnerAs a Sales Manager you will have:
A track record of winning and growing accounts
Experience with technical or semi‑technical services
Structured, credible, commercially minded in front of clients
Strong presence with the ability to influence at multiple levels
What we're looking for
Ideally, experience in environmental testing, laboratory services, water quality, compliance, or adjacent technical sectors
We will also consider high‑performing commercial profiles from outside the industry who can demonstrate strong consultative sales capability
Someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership, and builds relationships that last
