Job Title: Senior Partnership Executive / Principal Partnership Executive

Reporting: Regional Partnership Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: From £33,000 per annum (competitive depending on skill set & experience)

Due to growth in our Manchester team, we are recruiting for a Partnership Executive to join the team. For the right person, this could be a senior or principal role.

As a Partnership Executive, you will be the key account manager and first port of contact for some of our key accounts. You will work alongside the wider team to enhance our partnerships by providing consistently outstanding service to our clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee and account manage a portfolio of Secondary schools in Manchester
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site visits
Provide an excellent candidate journey for all teaching and non-teaching staff
Effectively manage a variety of long term and day to day vacancies
Build a strong pool of experienced and vetted candidates ready for placement
Conduct interviews with prospective candidates
Work alongside the team to develop candidate attraction techniques and provide an outstanding candidate journey
Work collaboratively with our partnership agencies to ensure that School requirements are met
Deliver excellent service to facilitate outstanding relationships to our clients
The ideal candidate will have:

At least 2 years experience in an education recruitment role
An understanding managed service solutions
Demonstrated success in providing outstanding customer service
Proven experience running a fast paced temporary bookings desk
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the region as required
Motivation and drive to grow with the company
