Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to work for a company based in Crawley, West Sussex. This an office based customer services role, supporting the internal teams, handling customer queries etc. This is a temp / temp to perm role to start ASAP

Location: Crawley - office based, parking onsite

Pay rate: £12.81 per hour + holiday pay

Hours: 8.30-5.30 / 9.30-6.30 Mon-Fri (with 1 hour for lunch), occasional Saturday support if needed

Customer Service Assistant duties:

Answering the phones
Data entry - updating the internal systems with the customer call info
Monitor and respond to customer emails
Handle customer queries and complaints
Regular liaison with internal teams regarding customer orders
Ensure all relevant customer documentation is processedSkills and experience required:

Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and a confident and professional phone manner
Good IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably experience using databases
