The Role – Mechanical Project Manager
You will take ownership of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to a high standard.
Working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, you will coordinate project delivery, manage programme requirements, oversee technical compliance, and support successful commercial outcomes.

Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager within Building Services
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plant, pipework, ventilation, and public health services
* Experience delivering mechanical building services projects within contractor environments
* Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
* Strong organisational, communication, and client-facing skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
