Location: Knowsley
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (Early Finish on Fridays)
We are currently recruiting experienced Sewing Machinists to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Knowsley. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for a long-term position within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating flatbed sewing machines and overlock machines.
* Producing high-quality finished products in line with company standards.
* Reading and following work instructions and specifications.
* Carrying out quality checks throughout the sewing process.
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
* Working efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Sewing Machinist is essential.
* Experience operating flatbed sewing machines and overlock machines is required.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management and reliability.
