We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher with QTS and proven experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities SEND to join our welcoming and supportive secondary school in Uxbridge

About the Role
This is a full time teaching position within a nurturing and inclusive secondary SEND setting You will
Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Support students to achieve their full academic and personal potential
Work collaboratively with a skilled and dedicated support team
Create a positive inclusive and safe classroom environment where every learner can thrive

Working hours 8 30am to 4 00pm Monday to Friday

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status QTS
Proven experience working with SEND students secondary level preferred
Strong commitment to personalised learning and pupil progress
Excellent communication teamwork and classroom management skills
