Master Vehicle Technician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Master Vehicle Technician to join a reputable dealership group in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. Repair and service vehicles to high standards
Conduct diagnostic checks to identify faults
Inspect vehicles for wear and tear, general faults
Complete work following DVSA standards and guidelines
Provide exceptional customer service and communication
Assist in mentoring junior technicians and ensuring workshop productivityRequirements of a Master Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience as a Master Vehicle Technician
Level 3 vehicle technician qualification or equivalent
Additional Master Technician or Accredited Technician qualifications preferred
Full UK driving licence
Own tools needed for the role
Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
