📍 Location: MK6 4BB
💷Pay Rate: £17.75 per hour
🕒Shift Pattern: 10:00pm – 6:00am
📅Working Pattern: 4 days out of 7 (includes weekends – this is not a Monday–Thursday role)
📄Contract: Ongoing Temporary
🌡️Environment: Chilled warehouse (approx. 2°C)
About the Role
Our client, a well-established and fast-paced distribution operation, is looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Milton Keynes.
This is a vital role within the warehouse, ensuring products are handled and distributed efficiently to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
Picking and preparing stock accurately
Receiving goods and checking for accuracy
Completing load verifications using handheld scanners
Ensuring vehicles are loaded for maximum efficiency
Storing goods correctly within the warehouseYou may also occasionally support other departments within the operation.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who:
Have previous experience working in a chilled warehouse environment
Are physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Have basic food hygiene awareness
Are hardworking, flexible, and reliable
Are willing to go the extra mile as part of a team
Important Information
❗Shift pattern includes weekends and varied days – not a fixed Monday to Thursday position
❗Drug and alcohol testing will be conducted on your first day of induction
❗Induction is Monday 29th June at 18:00
