Are you an experienced automotive professional with a passion for developing others?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading global automotive technology business for two Technical Services Trainers to join their growing team in Warwick.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with training delivery, helping technicians and customers stay up to date with the latest developments in diagnostics, EV and hybrid systems, ADAS, emissions technologies and vehicle electronics.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging technical training courses to customers, technicians and internal teams
• Provide practical and classroom-based instruction across a range of automotive technologies
• Develop and improve training materials, assessments and course content
• Support the introduction of new technologies and products
• Assist with training programme planning and scheduling
• Act as a technical ambassador, supporting customers and industry partners
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience delivering technical training within the automotive sector
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and modern vehicle systems
• Knowledge of EV, Hybrid and ADAS technologies
• Experience creating training materials and course content
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and technical audiences
