An established and growing contractor is looking to appoint an organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple projects across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, family-run company where you will play a key role in keeping projects organised, supporting senior management, and helping ensure jobs are delivered efficiently from start to finish.

This position would suit an experienced Project Co-ordinator / Project Administrator / Executive Assistant who has previously worked within construction, engineering, M&E, building services, or a similar project-led environment. You will be someone who enjoys working at the centre of a busy operation, supporting project delivery, managing priorities, and acting as a reliable point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

The company delivers projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial sectors, and is looking for someone who can bring structure, organisation, and a proactive approach to the day-to-day running of projects and office operations.

The Role

* Support the day-to-day co-ordination of multiple live projects from pre-construction through to completion

* Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, schedules, and filing systems to ensure all information is accurate and up to date

* Assist with planning labour, engineers, subcontractors, and materials across ongoing works

* Prepare and update project records, progress reports, spreadsheets, and client documentation

* Provide administrative and organisational support to senior management and the wider project delivery team

* Assist with procurement, timesheets, scheduling, diary management, and general office operations as required

The Person

* Previous experience in a Project Co-ordinator, Project Administrator, Executive Assistant, Contracts Administrator, or similar role is essential

* Ideally has experience working within construction, engineering, M&E, electrical, or building services

* Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision

* Confident co-ordinating diaries, meetings, documentation, client communication, and day-to-day project support tasks

* Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

* Comfortable working within a small business environment where flexibility and a hands-on attitude are important
