Role: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

Salary: £38k-£42K D.O.E.

Shifts: Days Only Monday-Thursday

About the Role:

My client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team at a leading, innovative manufacturing facility. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring all equipment and machinery operate at peak efficiency. If you are a problem-solver with a passion for engineering and a knack for diagnosing and repairing machinery, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of production equipment.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical, issues promptly and accurately.
Execute repairs and modifications to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Have a continuous improvements mindset
Maintain accurate maintenance records and update documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 either Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent.
