Rate - £450 - £500 p/d via Umbrella

Key Responsibilities:
* Raise and manage Change Requests (CRs) in line with ITSM processes and governance standards.
* Coordinate and follow up on changes through to successful closure, ensuring timelines and SLA adherence.
* Act as a liaison between internal resolver groups and external third-party vendors to drive resolution and implementation.
* Monitor and track change progress, ensuring risks and dependencies are identified and mitigated.
* Support change planning, scheduling, and execution in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM best practices and organizational policies.
* Maintain clear documentation and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
* Handle change activities related to Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and substation environments, ensuring minimal operational impact.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Hands-on experience in ITSM Change Management processes.
* Basic understanding of network concepts (eg, connectivity, infrastructure components).
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
* Experience in tracking, reporting, and driving issue resolution.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with ITIL framework or relevant certification.
* Experience working in CNI, utilities, or substation environments.
* Exposure to ticketing tools (eg, ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms).
