Job Title: CPCS / NPORS Traffic Marshall
About the Role
Infocus Resources is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshall to join an MOD long term project.
Eligibility criteria: Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO, or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years. Security clearance can take up to 8 weeks
Key Responsibilities
* Safely direct and manage vehicle movements on and off site
* Control site access and ensure all traffic follows designated routes
* Escort vehicles, deliveries, and pedestrians as required
* Communicate effectively with site management, drivers, and operatives
* Monitor site safety and report any hazards or incidents promptly
* Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements
* Valid CPCS Plant and Vehicle Marshaller (A73) or NPORS Traffic Marshall ticket (essential)
* Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* High level of attention to detail and commitment to site safety
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Job Type: Full-Time ongoing
Work Location: Devonport
You will be required to undergo security checks for this project and can take up to 8 weeks.
Start Time: August/September
Rate: £16.94/hr, PAYE Umbrella
