Location: Bradford
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Bradford, is currently recruiting for a Trainee Laser Cutting Operative on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to establish a long-term career within the engineering and manufacturing sector. Full training will be provided, although applicants must have previous experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, warehouse, or industrial environment.

Duties will include:

Assisting with the operation of laser cutting machinery

Loading and unloading sheet metal and materials

Monitoring production runs and ensuring quality standards are met

Reading and following job sheets and production instructions

Carrying out basic quality inspections

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or industrial environment

A willingness to learn and develop new skills

Good attention to detail

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

£12.71 - £15.00 per hour, depending on experience
