The Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support and coordinate recruitment activity across the project.
Working closely with project stakeholders, you will play a key role in tracking vacancies, managing recruitment data, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process across multiple roles and workstreams.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, data-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Recruitment Coordination & Tracking: Track all live vacancies, applicants and hiring progress across the project, maintaining accurate data to support reporting, workforce planning and decision-making.
* Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Support: Work closely with Hiring Managers, HR and project leads to understand requirements, track hiring priorities and ensure a consistent, coordinated recruitment approach.
* Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, vacancy management and recruitment inbox queries.
* Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and analyse recruitment data, producing regular updates on pipeline, progress, risks and timelines to support project delivery.
* Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support: Ensure a smooth candidate journey through timely communication and coordination.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or high-volume hiring environments
* Experience within construction, engineering, or project-based environments
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident managing recruitment data
* Strong administrative and coordination skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders
* Able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
* Strong IT skills, including Excel and applicant tracking systems such as Teamtailor
