About the role
TimePlan Education are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools in Surbiton. We have a number of full-time opportunities available in welcoming and supportive schools.
These roles are ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development and are looking for a consistent, long-term position within education.
Key responsibilities
Support children's learning and development in the classroom
Work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support behaviour management and encourage positive behaviourRequirements
Previous experience supporting children's learning and development
Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practice
Childcare Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
