Responsibilities include;
* Your role will be to manage a team and package of works in the growing energy or water sector.
* You will lead our project and will direct our site supervisors and engineers to encourage a collective responsibility to deliver a successful project.
* You will be expected to proactively drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure that works you are responsible for are properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve a successful delivery.
* You will also work with our commercial team and will have a shared responsibility towards the financial performance of our projects.
Key requirements;
* Proven ability to lead the successful delivery of Civil Engineering site teams.
* CSCS card relevant to role
* SMSTS
* Proven experience of managing Health & Safety compliance within a project.
* Relevant industry/academic qualification in Civil Engineering.
Desirable
* Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator
* Crane Appointed Person
* HSG47 Underground Services
* Programming and planning experience
* Experience of utilising a direct delivery workforce
* First Aid
