Hours & Location

Fully office-based

£13.80 per hour
Key Responsibilities
*
Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
*
Coordinating calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
*
Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
*
Preparing documents, reports, and general correspondence.
*
Carrying out data entry tasks and ensuring information remains up to date.
*
Supporting invoicing processes and general office administration.
*
Providing administrative assistance to management and wider team members as required.
About You
*
Previous experience within an administrative or office-based role is preferred.
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*
Able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
*
Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive approach to work.
