About the role
Our client is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming early year setting. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and thrive through play.
Working within a supportive team, you will plan and deliver engaging EYFS-led activities that support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each child’s needs are met through attentive care and structured learning.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
About you
• Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ nursery experience
• Passion for early years development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, reliable, and nurturing approach
