Mobile SMART Repairer required for our client’s busy multi-award-winning business located in the North West London and the surrounding region.
Working as a Mobile SMART Repairer for our Client, you can expect a salary of £40,000 whilst working a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month (paid as overtime).
Benefits:
Up to £40,000 starting annual salary, pending experience.
Access to a performance-related bonus scheme providing potential annual earnings of £47,000 per annum.
Optional overtime paid at either £300 per day or £150 per half-day.
30 days annual leave (including the bank holidays).
Workplace pension scheme.
Uniform, mobile phone, and payment machine supplied.
Fully equipped state-of-the-art company van and business fuel allowance.
Discount platform offering access to discounts and cashback at over 800 retailers.
Regular training courses on all aspects of SMART repair at our client's IMI-certified training centre, including training to gain a professional ATA accreditation in vehicle SMART repair if required.

You start and finish your day on your driveway! Duties:
Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
Carrying out Smart Repairs
Following safety procedures
Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.Requirements:
You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity
You will have a previous working experience in the role within a busy bodyshop
The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
