We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of MOT Tester in Wimbledon, Greater London. Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA guidelines and issue certificates
Perform vehicle servicing, repairs, and fault diagnosis efficiently and accurately
Maintain comprehensive records of all tests and repairs
Advise customers on repair work and future maintenance requirements
Keep up to date with changes in MOT regulations and vehicle technology
Complete all work within set timeframes, adhering to health and safety standards
Assist with vehicle inspections and provide expert mechanical and electrical advice as an MOT Tester
Ensure quality workmanship and excellent customer service at all timesRequirements:
MOT Class 4 qualification and Level 3 automotive qualification or equivalent
Proven experience as a vehicle technician with relevant MOT testing experience preferred
Sound mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Good communication skills and a professional approach to customer service
Full, clean UK driving licence
Proactive team player capable of working independently
