We’re supporting a contractor delivering a residential project in Cardiff and require an experienced Kitchen Fitter for a 2-month run of consistent installation work.

This role is for someone used to fitting kitchens day in, day out and working at pace, independently, and delivering clean finishes without relying on a larger site team.

🔧 The Role

* Full kitchen installs from start to finish

* Fitting units, worktops, end panels and all finishing details

* Working from drawings/layouts to complete installs accurately

* Delivering clean, snag-free finishes to programme

* Managing your own workload to keep installs moving

✅ About You

* Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter (essential)

* Background in high-volume installs, new build or refurbs

* Comfortable working independently or in small teams

* Able to complete kitchens without supervision

* Own tools and transport preferred

* Reliable and consistent — this is a production-style role

⚠️ Note: This role won’t suit general site carpenters without kitchen fitting experience.
