We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable and customer-focused automotive workshop located in Rayleigh, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to develop their career within a well-established team committed to high standards of service and quality.

Ongoing technical training and professional development
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 6:00pm, with an 8pm finish on Thursdays

Service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards with high precision
Conduct diagnostic assessments to accurately identify vehicle faults
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, adhering to quality standards
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work carried out
Provide excellent customer service and communicate findings clearly
Keep the workshop environment safe, clean, and well-organised as a Vehicle Technician
Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a high level of individual accountabilityRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
Ability to accurately diagnose and resolve vehicle issues
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
