The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with ADHD, helping them engage with lessons and develop confidence within the classroom. You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies that support the pupil's learning, behaviour, and social development. The successful candidate will be patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting children with SEN. Previous experience working with pupils with ADHD, ASD, or other additional needs within a school environment is essential for this role.
