We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Chingford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional seeking career progression within a reputable automotive business. The ideal individual will demonstrate a strong customer focus, organisational skills, and a solid understanding of automotive repair processes.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
On target earnings of up to £44,000 annually
Monday to Friday working week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are understood and met
Manage the service booking process from initial booking through to vehicle completion
Provide accurate advice to customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and recommendations
Write detailed and precise job cards as a Service Advisor
Upsell additional service and product options to maximise workshop productivity
Ensure all documentation and reports are completed efficiently and in line with company standards
Maintain effective communication with workshop and management teams to ensure smooth operationsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and workshop processes
