Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs?

In these roles, you will provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop key social and emotional skills. About the Role:
Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, communication difficulties, and behavioural needs
Delivering one-to-one and small group support to help children achieve their learning goals
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider school staff
Helping pupils develop independence, confidence, and positive relationships
Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and helping them regulate their behaviour
Creating a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment

Someone who has supported children with additional needs within a school or similar setting
