Search Recruitment Group, one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies, is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established Liverpool office, specialising in permanent Manufacturing and Engineering roles across the North West.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with an established client base, existing vacancies, and significant scope for growth. You'll have the freedom to develop your own market while benefiting from the support, infrastructure, and reputation of a nationally recognised recruitment brand.

Building a pipeline of high-quality candidates and future opportunitiesWho Are We Looking For:
Previous experience working within a 360 recruitment role
Strong business development and management skills
A proactive and commercially driven approach
The ability to grow and build a desk
