One of London's most iconic Quantity Surveying consultancy's is seeking an intelligent Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in Central London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a highly talented Cost Management team who are delivering prestigious and important healthcare projects for both public sector and private clients.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be overseeing and helping to deliver various projects at one time, whilst also interacting with clients, and helping with the management of a small team of Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or similar would be preferable
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Healthcare sector/project experience
Good pre and post cost management experience
A successful track record of managing projects from inception to completionIn Return?

£65,000 - £75,000
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
