Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Payrate: 13.26
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our clients busy Safeguarding & Reviewing Unit, providing vital administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
Duties include live minute taking during meetings, diary management, sending invitations, data entry, maintaining records, and responding to enquiries from professionals and members of the public. A basic DBS is required for this role prior to starting.
Key Requirements:

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organisational and communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information

Strong timekeeping and a team-focused approach

Minute taking experience desirable but not essential

The role involves handling highly sensitive safeguarding information, so emotional resilience, professionalism, and discretion are essential.
You will be part of a supportive administration team, with work allocated through a daily rota to provide variety and balanced workloads. Meetings are attended in person, with notes taken live on a laptop and time allocated afterwards for write-up and distribution.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated administrator looking to develop their skills within a rewarding and meaningful role
