About the Opportunity A well-established organisation operating within the housing and property maintenance sector is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment works across a residential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of skilled operatives and specialist contractors.
Monitor work quality, productivity, and programme delivery through regular site inspections.
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
Manage team performance, attendance, and development to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate resources effectively to meet operational priorities and customer expectations. About You
Previous supervisory experience within construction, maintenance, repairs, or planned works.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and site compliance.
Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
