Are you a passionate and qualified Forest School Leader looking for flexible work across West Kent?

We are working with a number of welcoming primary schools in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Sevenoaks that are seeking trustworthy, enthusiastic and experienced Forest School Leaders to plan and deliver engaging outdoor learning sessions for children of all ages.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to inspiring young learners through nature-based education, helping children develop confidence, resilience, creativity and a love of the outdoors.

The Role

Deliver high-quality Forest School sessions in school woodland and outdoor environments.
Plan engaging activities that support children's learning, wellbeing and development.
Carry out risk assessments and maintain a safe learning environment.
Promote exploration, independence and child-led learning.
Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams.
Manage equipment and resources effectively.Requirements

Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification (or equivalent).
Experience leading Forest School sessions with primary-aged children.
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures in outdoor settings.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A positive, nurturing and reliable approach.What We Offer
