The Role

Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to enhance learning and confidence.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum.
Encourage positive attitudes towards learning, helping pupils develop resilience, independence, and a growth mindset.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued, safe, and supported.
Help promote high standards of behaviour, respect, and wellbeing throughout the school.
Gain hands-on experience that will support future career progression within education.

What We're Looking For

Educated to degree level (Education-related degrees are advantageous but not essential).
Passionate about supporting children and young people to succeed.
Eager to gain practical experience within a school setting.
Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Positive role models who embody respect, kindness, patience, and professionalism.
Able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check if one is not already in place.
