School Administrator / Receptionist
An outstanding secondary school in Tower Hamlets are looking to secure a School Receptionist/ School Administrator to start in September 2026. This role will be a one-year maternity cover in the first instance.

School Administrator / Receptionist
The school are seeking a highly organised and professional School Administrator / Receptionist to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse school community. You will be responsible for managing reception duties, handling enquiries, maintaining accurate records, supporting attendance procedures, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.
Key Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience of using SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom.
