Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a specialist education setting? Do you have an interest in Autism (ASD), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), or Verbal Behaviour (VB)?
We are working with a specialist ASD school seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their team.
About the Role
Supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and behaviour
Implementing strategies based on ABA/VB principles
Assisting with communication development and social skills
Helping create a structured, supportive learning environment
Ideal Candidate
Psychology graduate (or related field)
Experience with ASD, ABA, or VB is highly desirable
Passion for supporting children with additional needs
Patient, resilient, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
